TSOC - Timechain Summer of Code 2k24

Gained extensive knowledge of Blockchain fundamentals, including Bitcoin, SPV Wallet in Expert Edge, sCrypt Smart Contract, and scalable blockchain architecture. Developed the frontend with SvelteJs and the backend with NestJs, incorporating Bitcoin Wallet functionality.

Project: Property Mortgage Management System

Project Description: Created an MVP platform for property buyers to request mortgages, secure property title tokens in smart contracts, and manage repayments. The system automatically returns the property title token to the buyer upon full loan repayment.
